A lot of your inbox is the same handful of replies dressed differently. "Yes we cover that area." "Here's roughly what it costs." "We can fit you in next week." Written fresh, every time.
Where it hurts
You know the answer instantly. It's the writing that eats the time: opening the message, remembering the last thing you discussed, wording it politely, checking it reads right. Do that thirty times a day and it's a real chunk of your morning gone before you've done anything else.

Templates and quick parts are the free starting point, and I'd set those up for the replies that really are identical. But most messages are similar, not identical, which is where the AI step earns its keep: it reads the incoming email and the thread behind it, works out what's being asked, and drafts a reply in your voice, learned from your own past replies rather than a call-centre script. I'd feed it your standard answers on pricing, coverage and availability so drafts are right, not just polite. The draft sits waiting in the reply box; you read it, tweak a word if you want, send. Nothing goes out without you seeing it, and anything it can't read confidently gets left for you rather than guessed at.
