The foundation is mechanical: a private answer library built from every tender you've already responded to, sorted by topic (insurance, method statements, safeguarding, environmental policy). Then the AI step: it reads a new tender's questions, matches each against the library, and drafts an answer from your own material in your voice, flagging anything that's missing rather than making it up. You review, tighten and send; nothing leaves without a human pass. It also pulls the deadline and compliance checklist out up front, so you know on day one whether the bid's worth entering. Every completed tender goes back into the library, so the next draft starts stronger, and your documents stay yours; nothing goes into a public tool.
