Course certificates and follow-ups, on autopilot

Every finished course means certificates, feedback asks and renewal dates, assembled by hand while the next group is already arriving.

Where it hurts

Training admin comes in bursts. A course wraps up and suddenly there are certificates to fill in, feedback to request and renewal dates to log, all while the next group is turning up.

So it slips. Certificates go out a week late and look like an afterthought, feedback never gets asked for while the goodwill is warm, and renewals quietly pass until the phone rings, or worse, doesn't.

None of it is hard work. It's remembering work, and remembering work is exactly what computers are for.

What I'd build

I'd hang the whole sequence off the one thing that already happens: marking the course complete. That trigger fills in and sends the certificates from your own template, asks for feedback while the experience is fresh, and logs the renewal date. AI personalises each message so twelve attendees don't get twelve identical emails, and months later it drafts the renewal nudge with the details right. You get a running list of who's due to rebook, so nothing leaks between courses.

What changes

  • Certificates go out the day the course finishes
  • Feedback gets asked for while the goodwill is warm
  • Renewal reminders draft themselves, months later, on time
  • A running list of who's due to rebook
As with everything here, you get one number before any work starts; here's how pricing works.
