Talk your job notes in, get a tidy record out
Sat in the van after a job, you mumble what happened into your phone because writing it up properly can wait. Except it never quite happens, and the details fade by the weekend.
Where it hurts
Out on the tools, typing up notes is the last thing you fancy. So you either scribble something on a scrap of paper that gets lost, or you tell yourself you'll remember, and by the third job of the day you've merged two of them in your head.
That comes back to bite you. The invoice is vague because you can't recall exactly what you did. A customer queries something and you've no record. The parts you used, the extra bit of work, the thing you promised to come back for, all half-remembered.

What I'd build
I'd set it up so you leave a normal voice note on your phone, on site, in the moment, and AI turns it into a tidy job record: customer, what you did, parts used, time on site, anything to follow up. It writes it into wherever your jobs live, whether that's a spreadsheet, a job app, or straight towards an invoice. You speak naturally, it does the tidying. I'll tune it to your trade's wording so it understands the terms you actually use, and set it so you can glance over each record before it's saved. The point is the paperwork gets done while you still remember the job, not at 9pm from a scrap of paper.
