Then the AI step does the paperwork: it reads whatever came in, rough notes and all, turns it into tidy invoice lines a customer can actually understand, checks the job against the original quote so nothing's left off the bill, and drops a draft invoice into Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent. You glance over it and hit send the same evening, instead of squinting at a scribbled sheet three weeks later trying to remember what materials went in.
What changes
